These tools comprising PropertyGPS has been in continual use by real estate investors, property managers and tenants since 1997. We are one of the few, if not the only, provider of this type of solution actually being used by those who design, code and test the solution. We know real estate investing inside and out. We know property management and dealing with property managers and tenants inside and out.

PropertyGPS will integrate with any accounting system allowing connection via an API or access to the database tables. It is likely your current accounting system already has an interface with PropertyGPS but if it doesn't, the interface will be designed and implemented FREE OF CHARGE.

PropertyGPS provides all of the tools, processes and procedures you need to manage your own properties, manage properties for investors, hire out the management to a dedicated property manager while maintaining the control and visibility you need.

PropertyGPS is not a stagnant information gathering and reporting system. It actively looks for areas needing improvement and makes suggestions and recommendations on how to improve those items based on your identified goals and objectives. These goals are tiered and can be specific to an individual property, building or unit in a larger complex. This allows suggestions to be made at the specific level as well as in aggregate across your holdings.

If you are a property manager, PropertyGPS helps you demonstrate your value to the owners you represent while eliminating their fears and risks in dealing with a hired management company. In the same way it identifies inefficiencies and areas needing improvement for owners, it will do the same for you. This gives you the data to support suggestions for improvement you can take to your owners. Very few property managers have the ability, much less the data, to provide this kind of service to their managers.
